As a condition of entry, please take the time to read our safety rules.

The following rules have been put in place to ensure all visitors and team members feel safe and comfortable at Run A Muck Indoor Fun.

IMPORTANT: Do not visit Run A Muck Indoor Fun if you or your child has experienced any contagious illnesses in the past 48 hours. We encourage parents and children to wash their hands and use hand sanitisers before and after play.


  • Children are to be supervised at all times by a caregiver over the age of 18. Our staff do not provide supervision of individual children.

  • Everyone that enters the playground must remove their footwear and wear socks. Socks are available for purchase, if needed.

  • Our Toddler Area is designated for children under the age of 5 years old. Older children should refrain from playing in this area. All children must play in the appropriate designated areas for their age. 

  • Slides are not to be climbed; users must go down feet first.

  • No flips or climbing on the jumping castles.

  • No Climbing on the netting in the play areas.

  • Run A Muck Indoor Fun is the home of the BIG RED slide. Although this slide is popular, it is recommended for use by children over the age of 5 years old.

  • Run A Muck Indoor Fun is not a drop-off centre, any child found left on the premises without a guardian will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.

  • No food, drink, of any kind to be consumed or taken into the playground or carpeted areas.

  • No outside food and drinks are to be brought into our centre. Birthday cakes are allowed for pre-booked Birthday Parties Only.

  • The consumption of alcohol is prohibited at all times. Visitors believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the centre.

  • Bullying, violence, harassment, abusive behaviour, offensive language, rough play or intentional cause of damage is not permitted.

  • All accidents need to be reported to a Run A Muck Indoor Fun Team Member.

  • Run A Muck Indoor Fun does not accept any responsibility or liability for lost or stolen property. Any items left at the play centre will be kept in lost & found and disposed of after 30 days if not collected.

  • For safety purposes, pregnant women, visitors with a pre-existing health condition/injury or visitors with a plaster cast/brace/moonboot are not permitted to use the play equipment.

  • Run A Muck Indoor Fun does not accept any responsibility for injuries, resulting from the use of the playground. Although we take the greatest care to maintain a safe and secure centre for all ages to play, the ultimate responsibility for children remains that of their parent or caregiver.

  • Visitors may be photographed whilst at the centre, photos could possibly be used for promotional purposes. Please notify staff if you do not wish for this to occur.

  • Visitors will refrain from taking photos of children that are not in their care, unless agreed upon with the child’s supervising parent/guardian.


Individuals not following the above rules may be asked to leave the premises.
